Who can review

A review form appears on the listing only for guests whose booking reached paid, confirmed, checked-in or checked-out status.

Each booking allows a single rating from 1 to 5 stars plus written feedback. Reviews cannot be bought or bulk-posted.

Hosts see every review in their dashboard and can respond to give context on a stay.

Abusive, off-topic or personally identifying content is removed. Removing a bad review for a fee is never an option.
