Pay inside the app only after the host accepts your booking. Your money is held until your stay is confirmed.
Pay Now links
Once a booking is accepted you get a secure Pay Now button in the app. Never pay a host outside Accommodation.com.
Booking references
Every booking carries a reference such as ACC-2026-008521 and a payment reference, both shown on your voucher.
Refunds
Refunds follow the cancellation terms shown on the listing before you pay, and are returned to the original payment method.
Host payouts
Funds are released to the host 24 hours after check-in, which protects guests against no-show listings.
