Delete your Accommodation.com account

This page lets you delete your account for Accommodation.com (accomodationss.com) and its Android app — no app install needed.

What happens

Deleted: sign-in credentials, linked sign-in methods, sessions, name, phone, photo, bio, public contact details, notification settings and in-app notifications, support message contents and attachments, driver and rental-desk contact details.
Unpublished: any property listings you host (addresses removed).
Kept in anonymised form: booking, transfer, car-hire and payment records (dates, amounts, references) needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling. They're no longer linked to your name or contact details.
Deletion is completed immediately once confirmed. See our Privacy Policy.
